Artificial cells that passed the Turing test

If a robot is able to make believe a human being is dealing with a person, something breaks: the machine outweighs the humans, which leads to great possibilities, but also awakens a hidden fear.

This is what a team of scientists from the University of Trento has achieved, and. They have created artificial cells capable of communicating with bacteria and making them believe they were real.
